The newest Whole Foods Market in Washington, D.C. opened Wednesday at the Parks at Walter Reed. This historic site was formerly Walter Reed Army Medical Center, which treated hundreds of thousands of service members, notable military leaders and former presidents over its hundred year span. This Whole Foods location boasts carrying over 800 locally sourced products and will serve residents of the redeveloped campus and surrounding communities.

FMI’s Christine Pollack and Madalyn Farrar joined Whole Foods CEO Jason Buechel and Northeast Region President Nicole Wescoe in celebrating the Walter Reed store opening with Keith Anderson, D.C.
