Louisiana’s crops have been affected by uncooperative swings in the weather statewide.
The one word Louisiana farmers would use to describe this year’s weather is uncooperative. Nearly every major crop has seen some yield and quality reductions because of extended hot, dry weather followed by extremely wet conditions. LSU AgCenter correspondent Craig Gautreaux has this report.
